Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary during:

  • Public holidays

  • Promotions or sale periods

  • High order volumes

  • Product launches

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

 

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to selected regions including New Zealand and other eligible international destinations where available.

Shipping availability may change without notice.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

Within New Zealand:
2–7 business days

International Orders:
7–21+ business days

Delivery estimates are indicative only and not guaranteed.

 

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout unless promotional free shipping applies.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges for international orders remain the customer’s responsibility.

 

5. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

 

6. Delays

NZ PRO Nutrition is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather events

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Force majeure events
     

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers must ensure shipping details are accurate.

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or returned parcels.
